Glass Vs Plastic Bottles
It's no myth that one of the most conterversal components of a good juice bar is the quality in which they respect the product post press. For us it comes down to the basics, we spend the highest dollar amount possible for quality organic produce, spend hours in research and development on recipes so why would we take the shortcut of bottling in a chemically leached product like plastic. Yes glass cost about 2 to 3 times the cost of plastic but we feel like a product this good deserves the best.
